About the topic

Named languages have strict boundaries in the world of communication, but what if we viewed our first language as a tool to build new knowledge and connect with one another? The research of Steve Przymus shows the value of using multiple language inputs (called translanguaging) in the process of teaching and learning. Jordan will discuss how breaking the boundaries of named language can enhance communication, and thereby relationships.
